We have signed up to HORESTA’s “Safe to Visit” scheme to ensure the safety of all our guests and employees. In connection with this we have reviewed our meeting rooms, points of sale and other areas with regard to numbers, distance and hygiene and trained all our personnel on updated work procedures, guidelines and hygiene requirements.

• We will only admit a limited number of guests to our cafés and restaurants at any one time.
• Sanitiser spray will be freely available at all entrances to cafés, in the buffet area and in other locations
• Serving spoons and tongues will be replaced at least once an hour
• Distance markers on the floors will make it easy to maintain social distancing
• Tables and the backs of chairs will be continually cleaned and disinfected
• All contact surfaces such as machines and equipment will be regularly disinfected
• Payment terminals will be disinfected after each use

We will naturally be following all the authorities’ recommendations for the hospitality industry to ensure everyone’s safety.
